Welcome to Snowdrops Copenhagen’s web shop. By trading on this site, you automatically agree to the conditions below. We therefore recommend that you read the conditions carefully before you shop at Snowdrops Copenhagen’s web shop.

DELIVERY AND TRANSPORT:

Cost of delivery depends on your location. All international orders are sent by Dachser Transport or UPS depending on the products. All orders will be sent to your home address.

CLICK AND COLLECT:

We offer Click & Collect at our warehouse address.

RETURNS:

Snowdrops Copenhagen’s web shop has 14 days returns policy from the day you receive your goods. The products must be returned unused and in same condition as when received. Packaging, stickers etc. must not be damaged, broken or removed from the product. In this case the product is not returnable. The return form but be completed and put inside the package. The return form will be mailed to you upon a request to our mail hello@snowdropscopenhagen.dk. Goods returned without completing this form will not be refunded. We do not accept packages sent C.O.D. Once we have received the product and accepted the return we will transfer the purchase amount, excluding any shipping cost, to the credit card that the goods have been paid with. This is to prevent illegal use of stolen credit cards. Remember to save your postal receipt as proof that the product hs been shipped. The cost of returning goods must be paid by the buyer.

DUTY AND VAT:

Are you shopping from an EU Country you are due to pay Danish VAT but no customs duty, referring to the rules on free movement of goods. However, if you order from a country outside the EU you may have to pay local taxes and duties which we cannot be held responsible for but then subtracted Danish Vat. If so, you will be contacted by the freight company. Be aware that this may delay shipping since the goods are held up in customs. It is then your responsibility to contact the shipping carrier and pay the extra costs inflicted.

GIFT RETURN:

If you have received a gift purchased in the Snowdrops Copenhagen web shop and want to return the product, we can exchange it for another product of equal value. However, if you find a product which is more expensive you have the option to pay the difference and have it sent instead, Costs associated with returning and new supplies are covered by you. If you want a refund, it can only happen to the same credit card as the purchased gift has been paid with.

CLAIMS:

The Snowdrops Copenhagen web shop is under Sale of Goods Act and under the guidelines given by the National Consumer Agency. Any complaints, defects or flaws in the delivery of Snowdrops Copenhagen must be invoked within 8 days after receipt. Complaints are made in a accordance with the law of purchase. It is your duty to inform and on demand to show how the error or defect manifests itself. This means that you can complain about the deficiencies of the product that have occurred within 24 months after purchase. This does not apply to defects, damage caused by misuse, lack of maintenance or normal use. FREIGHT INTERNATIONAL & DOMESTIC:

Snowdrops Copenhagen ships throughout the world. All shipments abroad are sent by Dachser Transport / UPS. Freight charges will appear on the order confirmation before you pay. We send the goods in 1-2 days depending on the time of day you place the order.

GENERAL:

When we send your order it is always possible to track it if any problems occur. The goods are insured during transit and upon receipt, please check the package contents and make sure all is there. If the package is damaged upon arrival, do NOT accept to receive it – you must deny accepting the package and ask the courier to take it back. If you have accepted, it and notice damage you must notify us at once and latest 2 days of receipt. Snowdrops Copenhagen is not responsible for good damaged during transportation.
